Do Home Microdermabrasion Kits Really Work?
Although microdermabrasion has been available for quite some time, it's only been fairly recently that home microdermabrasion kits have been on the market. The kits work by directing a layer of fine diamond or crystal polish at the top layer of your skin. This abrasive material polishes away scar tissue and dead skin cells. This leaves your skin clearer and with a glow. Dermanew Facial Rejuvenation System is one example of a home kit. The kits for home use are somewhat less powerful than the procedures practiced in spas and dermatology specialists, but they help to maintain the results from professional treatments.
Skin defects appear for many different reasons, but acne is a major contributor to skin blemishes in much of the world's population. Acne is found in most countries and skin types. The emotional scars of acne are more than skin keep, but using microdermabrasion kits at home can polish away the raised scars and skin defects.
The scars left by acne blemishes are slightly higher than the tissue that surrounds it. The tool used in the home kit directs the movement of particles that are somewhat abrasive where it gently polishes the surface. Some acne scars leave pits. These are somewhat harder to polish with the tool, but can still be removed with repeated use. The process also removes darkened pigment areas on the skin and other scars. The underlying skin is much healthier and attractive.
Microdermabrasion doesn't create pain or discomfort. Because only the skin cells that are already dead are removed, the procedures doesn't hurt. It leaves the new cells that are just under the debris layer clean and free of debris. The blood supply to the new cells is stimulated leading to a glowing appearance and healthier cells in the future.
Dermanew Facial rejuvenation System is an example of the type of home kit that is designed to handle either normal or sensitive skin. In addition to the removal of dead cells, the process reduces skin pore size. Fine lines are removed by the stimulation of new cells and wrinkle depth is reduced.
The under layer of skin cells that is freed up during the abrasion process has not been subject to sun and wind damage. The new cells don't look dried and aged. The procedure removes oil, dead cells and bacteria that have been linked to the prevalence of acne blemishes. The new cells are healthier because of the blood circulation and the fact that there has not yet been damage from the sun's rays.
Because home microdermabrasion kits are readily available and can be used regularly, the skin can be kept in tip-top position all the time. Long-term acne scars disappear and other related skin blemishes continue to improve. Mild skin flaws disappear forever.
